COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Boston Chin & Jawline Shaping Course is a more advanced Aesthetic Mentor course for injectors who want to increase their skills to include safe, effective facial contouring.

You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the lower face, as well as, deepen your knowledge of the aging process. Upon completion of this course, participants are able to identify anatomical landmarks for the safe injection of dermal fillers, learn techniques to optimize safety for lower face injections with dermal fillers, manage adverse events, and practice basic techniques with a variety of HA fillers.

PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS

The educational design of this activity addresses medical professionals holding an active and unrestricted medical license in their field of practice and completion of Introduction to Dermal Fillers, or equivalent.

OBJECTIVES

Describe the anatomy and physiology of the chin and jawline.
Discuss how genetics and aging affect the anatomy and physiology of the chin and jawline.
Explain how to assess a patient for chin and jawline shaping.
Discuss the clinical trials and current indications for HA dermal filler and neurotoxin products used for chin and jawline shaping.
List the proper dosing regimens and injection techniques for chin and jawline shaping with appropriate HA dermal fillers and neurotoxins.
Identify the potential risks associated with dermal filler and neurotoxin procedures.
Identify normal side effects versus complications.
Explain how to manage adverse events associated with chin and jawline procedures.

A combination of on-demand didactic presentation and a 2:1 student-to-educator ratio hands-on practicum offers a unique learning environment to expand the learner’s knowledge base.

TUITION

Your tuition of $1200 includes all course materials and a certificate of completion from the Aesthetic Mentor.

AESTHETIC MENTOR CANCELLATION POLICY

On-Demand Training:
Course tuition is non-refundable once the training has been accessed. Once on-demand training has begun, you have agreed to complete the on-demand and on-location course in its entirety. No partial refunds will be considered.

On-Location Training:
No refunds or changes will be honored within 7 days of the scheduled course or clinic date. No exceptions.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests within 8-10 days of the scheduled course or clinic date will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

COVID-19:
High-standard COVID safety and health measures are taken for all on-location events. If you or a household member are exposed to COVID or exhibiting any symptoms, please contact us at 339.674.1134 to discuss rescheduling.

Incomplete training, no-shows, or early leave will result in an automatic forfeit of tuition. CME certificates will not be issued for partial or incomplete training.

Although unlikely, scheduled course or clinic dates are subject to cancellation or change based on required minimums or limitations.
